We deliver across India. Standard delivery is ₹49 and usually arrives within a week; express delivery to metro cities is ₹99.
1. Where we deliver
We deliver across India through our shipping partner Shiprocket and its courier network. Enter your pincode in your address and we'll tell you if we can deliver there. Some remote pincodes may not be serviceable for every product or for cash on delivery. We don't ship outside India yet.
2. Delivery charges and times
Orders are packed and handed to the courier within 1–2 business days of being confirmed. Then:

Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. The options and exact charge for your address are shown at checkout before you pay. Free-delivery offers, when running, are shown in your cart.
Times are estimates from our couriers; weather, festivals, strikes or local restrictions can cause delays. We will keep you informed if your order is held up.
3. Tracking your order
When your order ships, we send the tracking link by SMS and email, and you can also see it in your orders.
4. Your delivery address
Please give your full flat or house number, building, area and a landmark, plus a mobile number the courier can reach. Pinning your location on the map when you save the address helps the courier find your door.
We can change the address only before dispatch. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete or nobody could be reached after the courier's attempts (usually 3), we refund prepaid orders minus the delivery charge, or reship for a new delivery charge.
5. Cash on delivery
- Available on orders up to [To confirm: largest order value allowed on cash on delivery, e.g. ₹5,000] to serviceable pincodes. Fee: [To confirm: cash on delivery fee, e.g. ₹49, or 'no fee'].
- Pay the courier by cash or, where they offer it, UPI. Please keep the exact amount ready.
- We may confirm cash on delivery orders by call or SMS before dispatch, and may turn it off for an account after repeated refused deliveries.
6. When your parcel arrives
Check the outer packaging before accepting. If it looks opened, tampered with or badly damaged, you can refuse it, or accept it and tell us within 48 hours with photos. See returns & refunds.
